This Acceptable Use Policy lists what you may and may not do when using DONIFY SMM PANEL. It is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to order cancellation and account suspension.
1. You may not use our services
- for anything illegal in your country or in the United States;
- to promote, or to boost links to, illegal content, including content that sexualises minors, promotes terrorism or violence, sells illegal drugs or weapons, or infringes copyright or trademarks;
- for hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that targets people for who they are;
- for scams, phishing, fake giveaways, impersonation, or to mislead people about who you are;
- to boost election or political content in a way that deceives voters;
- for accounts or content that you do not own or are not allowed to manage.
2. Account and system abuse
- Do not create more than one account per person without our permission.
- Do not share your account or let others use it.
- Do not use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the website, except through an API we provide to you.
- Do not try to break, overload, probe or bypass the website’s security, payments or balance system.
- Do not use stolen cards or payment methods that are not yours.
3. Reselling
You may resell our services to your own clients if you follow these Terms, are honest with your clients, and do not present yourself as us. You remain responsible for your clients’ links and for all orders placed from your account. You may not resell in a way that breaks any law or any rule in this policy.
4. Platform rules
Each social media platform has its own terms. You are responsible for deciding whether using our services fits within the rules of the platforms you use.
5. What we may do
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may refuse or cancel orders, suspend or close the account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Under our No-Refund Policy, no refund is given in these cases.
