This Privacy Policy explains what personal information DONIFY SMM PANEL (“we”, “us”) collects when you use donifys.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

  • Payment details for manual deposits: amount, payment method, transaction ID, any note and any screenshot you upload.
  • Support messages you send us through tickets, email or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

  • Your IP address and browser type (user agent) when you register, log in, add funds and place orders.
  • Records showing which policies you accepted and when, together with your IP address.
  • Basic technical data in our server logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure page, not on our website. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Stripe shares with us limited payment information such as the amount, currency, payment status and a payment reference. Stripe’s use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

PayPal payments are handled by PayPal. You log in and confirm the payment on PayPal’s own website. PayPal shares with us the payment amount, status, a transaction reference and the email address of the PayPal account used. PayPal’s use of your information is covered by the PayPal Privacy Statement.

2. How we use your information

  • To review and approve your account and to let you log in.
  • To process deposits, keep your wallet balance and transaction history, and deliver your orders.
  • To send you service emails, such as registration, approval, deposit, order and ticket updates.
  • To answer your support requests.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access, and to keep the website secure.
  • To keep records of policy acceptance, deposits and orders, which we may use as evidence if a payment is disputed.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

3. Who we share it with

  • Stripe and PayPal, to process online payments.
  • Service providers that help us run the website, such as our hosting company and email delivery service.
  • Fulfilment partners, who receive only the link and quantity needed to deliver an order. They do not receive your name, email or payment details.
  • Payment processors and banks, when we respond to a chargeback or payment dispute. In that case we may share order logs, policy acceptance records, IP addresses and messages that relate to the disputed payment.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are needed to log you in, keep you logged in and protect forms from misuse. We also remember your dark or light mode choice in your browser. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

5. How long we keep information

We keep account, wallet, order, payment and policy acceptance records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, as needed for accounting, tax, dispute handling and legal purposes. Support messages are kept for as long as they are useful for helping you. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls, rate limits on login and registration, and checks on every form to protect your information. Stripe payment confirmations are verified with a signed secret before any balance is added. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong (you can update your name, WhatsApp number and country in your Profile);
  • ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal, accounting or dispute reasons;
  • object to or ask us to limit certain uses of your information.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Our service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
