These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using DONIFY SMM PANEL (“we”, “us”, “our”) at donifys.com. By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who can use the service
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live.
- You must give true and complete information when you register, including your name, email address, WhatsApp number and country.
- Every account is reviewed by our team before it can be used. We may approve, reject or suspend any account as explained in our Account Approval & Suspension Policy.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
2. What we provide
We offer digital social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views, members and similar engagement for public social media profiles and posts. Each service has its own description, price per 1,000, minimum and maximum quantity, average time and refill label, shown on the Services page and in your dashboard.
Average times and delivery speeds are estimates, not promises. Results depend on many things outside our control, including the rules and systems of each social media platform. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as more sales, higher reach, monetisation or account growth.
3. Wallet and payments
- You pay for services from your account wallet. You add funds to the wallet using the payment methods shown in your dashboard, which may include card payments through Stripe, PayPal, and manual payment methods. The online methods available can differ from one account to another.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or PayPal login details.
- Your balance is only added after the payment is confirmed: automatically by Stripe or PayPal for online payments, or by our team for manual payments.
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders that were already placed.
- Wallet balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest, cannot be transferred to another user and can only be used for services on this website.
4. Placing orders
- You must enter a correct, complete and public link. The profile or post must stay public and unchanged until the order is finished.
- Do not place a second order for the same link and service while an earlier order for that link is still running.
- The charge for an order is taken from your wallet as soon as you place it, and work can start right away.
- Delivery, partial delivery and refills follow our Order Delivery Policy.
5. No refunds
All deposits and orders are final and non-refundable. The full rules, including the single exception for orders canceled before any delivery, are in our No-Refund Policy.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a problem with a payment, you agree to contact our support team first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, or filing one in bad faith, is handled under our Chargeback & Dispute Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must use the service legally and fairly, as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for making sure that your use of our services is allowed under the rules of each social media platform you use.
8. Third-party platforms
We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Telegram or any other platform. Platforms can change their rules or systems at any time, which may affect delivery or results. See our Disclaimer.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, cancel pending orders, or refuse service if you break these Terms or any of our policies, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Rules about any remaining balance are explained in the No-Refund Policy and the Chargeback & Dispute Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, reputation or social media accounts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that caused the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to protect us from claims, losses and costs that come from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or content you link to.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The version you accepted is recorded each time you register, add funds or place an order.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
